Most NYC residential rentals with three or more units are required by HPD to list a personally-accountable head officer or corporate owner — that is the name we surface.

What if the address is a 1-2 unit building or a condo?+
NYC HPD only requires registration for buildings with three or more residential rental units. For 1-2 unit homes and individually-owned condos, the LLC name typically traces only to a registered-agent address with no named accountable person. The lookup will still surface the LLC name from the ACRIS deed and any associated entities found in NYS Department of State filings, but the named-officer enrichment will be empty.
